Terms & Conditions
Arunachal Homes is an online marketplace connecting Guests and Hosts. Users must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate information and comply with applicable laws. Hosts are responsible for property accuracy, cleanliness, safety and legal compliance. Guests must respect house rules.
Commission is 15% of the booking amount after applicable GST. Guest cancellations made at least two days before check-in receive a 50% refund; later cancellations are non-refundable. Host cancellations result in a full refund to the guest. Only verified guests may submit reviews. Fraud, fake reviews and misuse of the platform are prohibited. Indian law governs these Terms.
Privacy Policy
We collect account, booking, host, payment-related, communication and technical information to operate the platform, process bookings, provide support, prevent fraud and comply with law.
Information is shared only where necessary with Hosts, Guests, payment providers, trusted service providers or government authorities when legally required. Users may request access, correction or deletion of personal information where permitted by law.
Host Agreement
Hosts confirm they are authorized to list the property, provide accurate information, maintain quality standards, honour confirmed bookings and cooperate with property inspections.
Arunachal Homes may suspend or remove listings for quality issues, fraud or breach of agreement. The agreed commission is 15% after applicable GST unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Guests receive a 50% refund when cancelling at least two days before check-in. Cancellations within two days are generally non-refundable. Host cancellations without an accepted reason result in a full refund to the guest.
Exceptional circumstances may be handled individually.
